The Balupor apartment is on the ground floor of a new building, close to the Abbey of Fiscal. It has been built of stone masonry, combined with areas of continuous coating and woodwork, traditional style with shutters.

The house is 558 square feet big, with a 135 square feet porch and a 270 square feet garden. Their rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable for any use.

This rural apartment is fully-equipped: full range of appliances, utensils, linens, beds and sofa-bed, travel cot (on request), towels, etc.

It has individual gas heating with boiler.

Capacity

Up to 4 people + 2 children under 3 years of age. Sofa-bed (on request).

Distribution

Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, porch and garden.

Bedroom 1:

  • Double bed (150 cm), wardrobe and chest of drawers.

2nd Bedroom:

  • Two twin beds (90cm), wardrobe. Direct access to the garden.

General conditions

  • Prices per day.
  • 10% of I.V.A included in the price.
  • Additional person with extra bed / sofa-bed € 5 day.
  • The minimum booking in Low Season is 2 nights and in Special Season it is 4 nights and full bridges.
  • The house must be left in good condition and tidy. Full cleaning at our cost.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Check out time 11 noon.
  • Check-in from 17 to 21h.
  • Not more people allowed unless authorized, except children under 3 years (who will sleep with their parents).

Services included in the price

  • General information on activities to do.
  • Free Wi-Fi.
  • Cleaning before and after your stay.
  • Weekly linen change and apartment cleaning.
  • Two towels for each person (hand and shower).
  • Baby cot (on request).

Cancellation policy

  • In order to get a full refund of the deposit, the reservation must be canceled at least 20 days before check in date.
  • After that day the deposit will be lost, except in cause of justified illness (up tothird degree family member).
  • The deposit will be 30% of the total amount of stay (tax included).
