Casa Cancias, is newly built and it has been erected in the space of the old Abbey of the municipality of Fiscal. The walls are made of stone masonry and the woodwork keeps its traditional style.

The house is inspired by the typical Pyrenean building, though executed with the standards of comfort and quality of today. The house is facing the church square and the main access is from the square.

The house is divided into 3 floors.

The house is fully-equipped: full range of appliances, utensils, linens, beds and sofa-bed, travel cot (on request), towels, etc.

Everything is designed to ensure maximum comfort and well-being during your stay in the house.

Capacity

Up to 4 people + 2 children under 3 years of age.

Distribution

Lower floor:

A lounge and a fully fitted kitchen. Also a dining area and a living area with a sofa-bed and TV.

First floor:

A double room with 150cm bed, and a private bathroom.

Second floor:

A double room with two twin beds of 90 cm, and a private bathroom.

General conditions

Prices per day.
10% of I.V.A included in the price.
Additional person with extra bed / sofa-bed € 5 day.
The minimum booking in Low Season is 2 nights and in High Season is 3 nights. In Special Season it is 4 nights and full bridges.
The house must be left in good condition and tidy. Full cleaning at our cost.
No smoking allowed.
No pets allowed.
Check out time 11 noon.
Check-in from 17 to 21h.
Not more people allowed unless authorized, except children under 3 years (who will sleep with their parents).

Cleaning before and after your stay.
Weekly linen change and apartment cleaning.

Cancellation policy

In order to get a full refund of the deposit, the reservation must be canceled at least 20 days before check in date.
After that day the deposit will be lost, except in cause of justified illness (up tothird degree family member).
The deposit will be 30% of the total amount of stay (tax included).
